With EventWall, your message wall is designed to be easy to use during your event, while remaining reliable even in real-world conditions (parties, weddings, corporate events, high attendance).

Setting up your display station

Before your event starts, make sure that the computer or screen used to display the wall is properly configured. Good preparation prevents most issues on the day of the event.

• Full-screen mode: use full-screen mode to occupy the entire screen and avoid distractions
• Resolution and display: the wall is optimized for Full HD (1920×1080) and 4K screens. Use manual zoom to precisely adjust the display depending on your screen and venue setup.
• Sleep mode prevention: full-screen mode usually limits screen sleep. However, depending on the browser or operating system, this may not be enough. If the screen still goes to sleep, you must disable sleep mode directly on the computer.
• Recommended setup:
  • Windows: Settings → System → Power & sleep → set screen to “Never”
  • Mac: System Settings → Battery (or Energy) → prevent automatic display sleep
• Pre-event testing: make sure to test the wall before the event day to verify display and connectivity

Connectivity and stability

The message wall operates in real time. A stable internet connection is therefore essential to ensure a smooth experience.

• Prefer a wired connection if possible
• Avoid public or unstable Wi-Fi networks
• Keep a backup connection (such as a mobile hotspot)

Multi-screen setup

If you are using multiple screens (for example a main screen + a secondary screen), it is recommended to test the display before the event to ensure proper synchronization.
